All orders are placed via the website, payment is taken at the point of placing the order. You will only provide your personal account information to Paypal and Worldpay. The Sheetmusic warehouse office cannot accept credit/debit card payments via telephone as we do not have the facility to process them. For security reasons we do not store or have access to payment details (e.g. credit card details, etc.)

By adding an item to your shopping basket it does not mean that you have to purchase it. You can amend or remove it later by viewing the basket and making the appropriate changes. By sending an order to the Sheetmusicwarehouse you offer to conclude a contract. You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the offer. If individual information on the range of products is incorrect we shall inform you separately after receipt of the order and submit an appropriate counter-offer to you.
